Karletta Bilbrey joined Red River Web Design in September 2008. She says, “I’m excited about my new
job! My goal is to get vital information to the public and County offices across
the state with the development of new web services for County Commissioners,
Treasurers, and Assessors.”
Karletta retired as Beckham County Treasurer in August of 2008.
She and her husband Charles live in Sayre Oklahoma.
They have one daughter Jamie and Husband Kevin Tosh who also live in Sayre with
their two children Skyler and Tanner and the family dog Benji. Skyler loves
Football and is playing on
the North Fork Raiders team as a running back this
year. Skyler’s goal is to someday play for OU.
Tanner loves Soccer and plays every year in the Elk City Spring Soccer Program.
Karletta is looking forward to watching all their activities in and out of
school.
Karletta met Tim Keller in 1993 and signed on as a test County for the
development of a software program for Treasurer’s across the state. He
introduced her to Mike Keller, his Dad shortly after the Company started. style="mso-spacerun:yes"> She showed Mike all the forms and
procedures each Treasurer goes through each month when apportioning tax
collections. He then began the development of the Treasurers Software. With this
Software program County Treasurer’s across the state have the ability to keep
and maintain all daily, monthly, and yearly records on computer plus the ability
to preserve and publish all Tax sales. Red River Web gave Treasurer’s the
ability to take payments for taxes on the internet plus allowed the, banks,
realtors and tax payers the ability to obtain public information needed to
conduct business without having to come into the Treasurer’s office each time.
She never dreamed back in 1993 this program would develop into what it has today
and is looking forward to being a part of the development of new and better ways
of getting information to the public in the future through Red River Web Design.
