Mike Keller, Keller's Programming Service, and Paula Roark,
his sister, founded Red River Design in October of 2005.
Their collaboration began when Paula volunteered to make a
website for the local school and called Mike to see if he knew
how to set up a web server. Mike didn't know how to
set up the server, but he noted that Paula knew how to make
websites. He told her he had been looking for someone to
work with him, setting up his county tax customers with an
affordable way to host their tax data and take credit card
payments over the internet. They began to work together
with four Beta sites to develop the webs. Mike does
all the data setup and has reduced the task of updating the data
daily to clicking an icon on the desktop. Paula designed
the webs, under Mike's direction, and assumes the responsibility
for maintaining and enhancing them. Karletta Bilbrey joined the company in
September of 2008 following her retirement as the Beckham County Treasurer.
She brings 29 years of experience in county government.
